Stephanie’s Tuesday Session:
Planning for Success: Creating an Annual Fundraising Plan
Is your organization raising money without a plan? Or maybe you have a plan but wonder if there is a way to take it to the next level?
This workshop will explore the elements of successful fundraising, with a focus on building a strong individual donor program. This workshop will help you:
- Learn how to evaluate past fundraising efforts in order to create ambitious, but also realistic goals and plans.
- Engage team members (including board members) in your fundraising planning and implementation to grow your nonprofit and help it thrive.
- Explore challenges to fundraising presented by scarce resources or your work on controversial issues.
In this full day workshop, Stephanie will combine short lectures, small group discussions and exercises for an engaging and interactive workshop. With hands-on exercises and discussions, you’ll leave with practical tools and tips that you can take back to your organization and put right to work. You will also have access to electronic files from the workshop, including templates and tools for creating a development plan.
